Canon 18.50
As an old man, rather than check my bank balance while lying in my Coffin, I purchased the canon 18.50 stabilised. Living on the Scottish moors, there is no light pollution or other houses etc. The Stabilisation is excellent, and there is enough adjustment to use them without my glasses, and they are a pleasure to use. I checked out other Stabilised ones, but these suit my purpose.

Re: Canon 18.50
I have a friend that has a couple of different stabilized Canon binoculars and he really enjoys them as well.
Good that you are enjoying yours.

Re: Canon 18.50
I have Canon 15x50 stabilized binos. Agreed, they are great but a bit heavy. I mate them on a cheapo adjustable monopod with a ball head. Then sitting a patio chair that swivles, place the monopod between my legs. No more tired arms! In essence the swivel chair, monopod/ballhead, and myself become an alt/azimuth mount.
