Winter project 1 done hard standing & positioning

#1

Post by Greenman »

I have a week off and for once it is dry, so time to make things a bit more useful in the back garden. After some negotiation with the better half I was allowed to do this th the lawn. My idea on sunken bricks, got improved on :D

I embedded three concrete blocks in my backyard (garden) lawn when I was a kid for my Sears refractor. Even painted circles around the tripod foot locations so I could align more quickly. I don't think my father was too pleased that I messed up the grass, although he never said anything.
LOL.

Yes... any time my wife gets an idea, it always translates out to more work for me somehow.

OTOH, while I'm not pretty, I *can* fix stuff.
