CPWI not chaging location

#1

Post by gcorniani_br »

Hello all

I just change the notebook I use to connect to my Celestron telescope and on the very first time I connect both and ran CPWI, it came with a diferent location where I am. It cames with location near Los Angeles, USA. It came with the right time and timezone. But there is NO option to change location. Please see attached image.

Any clues on how to fix this ?

Thanks !

Hello gcorniani

The image you attached normally shows a "Change Location" button bottom left.

Screenshot 2021-12-08 064515.png

If you click it you get the choice of selecting a location from Google maps or manually selecting a town or city from the CPWI database.

If the button didn't display try starting the software again.

Post back if you can't find it.

Regards

Graeme
