Disclaimer: I need help. Well yeah, that kind of help too. I mean, I'm gonna bug y'all so you've been properly warned.

Yayy me!

Thanks buddy. The mount Gabrielle recommended is next up. I already have an astro chair and astronomy books.

Hi Eric. It's great to have you back into the astronomy hobby. Now, besides guitar pickin', you can be pickin' out night sky targets. Thanks for your new equipment report Eric, and congratulations on those fine Bushnell Falcon 10x50 binos.

Congrats. Without binoculars you aren't a proper astronomer.

Good deal Eric! Nice to have you back; I remember a few years ago when you joined the other forum. Funny how we can never quite give it up... ;)

Hope they work well for you and look forward to your views/thoughts!

All the best,

All the best,
Thank you Mark! I have to be honest, if the people here, yourself included, were not so friendly I would never have returned. So it's your own fault, people!

Very nice words, buddy. It means a lot to me that you guys and girls are literally my best friends. Well, I have a few friends around here, but you guys always make my day with your wit, intelligence and knowledge. And recipes. Lol

I actually started with a pair of Bushnell 10x50 binos long before I ever got my first scope. I still have them and always use them to scan the skies before taking a scope out. And sometimes I just use them or my bigger 20x80 binos rather than a scope :D

Have fun!

I'm out. Too many hypocrites in every hobby. Not you Abbn, I just mean that I'm out.
