Help with a photo

Hello!
Can someone help me and tell me what I have captured on my photo. Took the photo yesterday 1/12-19 and didn't see it untill now.
The only thing I have adjusted is the brightness.
The photo is taken south east I took the photo in southern France.

Hello,

It's the flashing anti-collision strobe of an airplane. That's just what they look like in a 30 second (or so) photograph.

Okey! Thank you very much, I thought of that but as I couldn't see any airplanes when I was out I thought it would be something else.
Nice 30 seconds is correct it's max what my phone can manage😁
