PC connection nightmare

I'm new to astrophotography and having a heck of a time even getting started.

I'm following EQMOD instructions here: http://eq-mod.sourceforge.net/docs/EQAS ... kStart.pdf

But, it didn't install most of the files including the first one I need; "EQMOD/ EQASCOM/ toolbox"

I've been pulling my hair out for hours and can't find any forums on this subject. Can anyone help me?

For us to help you, what equipment do you have? Telescope, mount, camera, control computer (Windows? OS version). Please add it to your signature.

I have installed EQMod on Win10 without problems a few years ago though I currently don't use it. Installing ASCOM should not be an issue, many Windows users use it. I would install that first before EQMod. If you can be more specific, that would help.
