What constellation are we in?

Just read a space article by Deborah Byrd from 2014, about where are we in the Milky Way.
It puts our Sun in the Orion Arm, aka Orion spur, Orion - Cygnus arm. Halfway down the arm.
It is between Sagittarius and Perseus arms.
It said Beetlejuice, Rigel and other stars in Orion's Belt are neighbors to are Sun, that's why The Comstellation Orion is so prominent in our night sky.

I have wondered how much, if at all, our terracentric view of the stars would differ if viewed from the moon.

That is a very interesting question.......

What would we be in from another point in space, and would "they" think, see or even call us.....

I will ask this same question to some of my friends who have an interest in looking up to see what their thoughts are...

Constellations are patterns in the stars based on the sight lines from our viewpoint right here on Earth. In most cases, they have no physical reality: they are just patterns. Although we are at the start of every possible sight line, we are not visible to ourselves as part of the sky. So we are either not in any constellation, or we are in all of them.

That’s waaaay too deep for me after a couple of lunchtime glasses of wine!
