I just found this thread and bookmarked it. Looks like I might be buying a scope and holding off on larger binoculars. I have the money today to buy one of these packages, so I will be investing in research time on the subject. 
I haven't read every post, but in order to replace default EPs, I should get low, medium and higher EPs, correct? Like 25mm, some sort of a medium, and a 4mm ?
