Omegon Mini Track LX3 - First image

#1

Post by Darkest_Element »

Hi all

I recently recieved my Mini Track LX3 as my first ever star tracker. I am still a beginner looking for help on trying to improve my images. So here is my first ever tracked image. The target was the Leo triplet shot with 120x30sec exposures at 200mm with my (also) new canon 700d.
Please do give your opinions and ways to improve realy excited to get better at this hobby.

Ps: I am actually kinda happy with the result as it is the first time I took a picture of something so dim with semi decent result.

Looking foward to your replies!

Wow! Impressive!

I really like wide field, low magnification shots. I like the "big" stuff, but there's something captivating about shots that are a bit closer to naked eye.
