I would like to recommend to you all just in case you have not used it before.
I have been using it for the last 10 days and find it to be very very good. Easy to find sky conditions with overlays for water vapor, transparency, smoke, Seeing, Infrared, views etc.
I had not seen this title yet, so thanks for pointing that out. It actually covers Hawaii, most apps that cover only North America don't usually include us.

EDIT: I take it back, the app only knows where I am. It does not provide any weather information. It only provides sunrise / sunset and moonrise / moonset information. Oh, well.
