Well then, I believe it is time for the DIY!
Simple, just take the plastic lid off of one of your jars from either the fridge, the pantry, or a new small plastic jar of peanut butter. Try to find one with a knurled edge. The one depicted is just a little over 2" in diameter.
Measure the O.D. of your focuser knob and bore a hole into the center of that plastic lid just a couple thousandths smaller than the O.D of your knob. You are looking for a tight friction fit when you slide the lid onto the focuser knob. If you like it and want to make it permanent then put a bead of viscous super glue around the junction. Here's is a likely candidate for the expanded focuser knob.
