Lumicon Comet Filter LF3070
It took a while but my Lumicon Comet Filter finally came.
Looks OK, the threads fit my Baader diagonals and the 19mm Panoptic, so that's a good start as earlier Lumicon filter threads weren't always as accommodating. I'm guessing I'll need a good 3mm exit pupil at least. It will be interesting to compare it with my Astronomik UHC-E which also passes a couple of Swan bands. All I need now is the right kind of comet lol.

Yes, that's a prime contender at the moment. Unfortunately February weather isn't as predictable lol.Graeme1858 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2020 2:02 pm How about this one:

I've been doing some further thread compatibility tests (15mm Altair UltraFlat, 10mm, 15mm Luminos, 14mm Baader Morpheus, assorted Tele Vues). So far there have been no problems.
