145-147mm Tube Rings
Anyone know where I might find some 147mm tube rings? I've done a quick search around the Internet, but came up short. Before I deep dive into searching some more, I thought I'd check with the folks here. These will be used on an older Celestron 127mm SCT . The tube's diameter is 146.4mm to be precise, so I guess 145mm might work as well. I can never tell if they advertise the I.D. with, or without, the felt lining.

Re: 145-147mm Tube Rings
Thanks, everyone.
Looks like the 144mm hinged split-rings will have to do. That's slightly smaller than theOTA 's outer diameter, but it's just a couple of millimeters. Maybe they'll work. Looks like the vendors/resellers everyone suggested carry that size. I'll report back on the results.
The whole point of this venture is to get the C5 to ride on either side of anAlt-Az mount. I know...why? No big reason - it's just a thing I'm doing

Re: 145-147mm Tube Rings
I have two sets of rings with the three screw centering option, one large set and one medium sized set. With these I can mount any sized scope from 70mm to150mm.

Ozman, I've never tried centering rings on anything larger than a finder scope. I may have to look into them, though, probably a heavy-duty set like the ADM ones that JT provided a link for. The little
