Had a quick setup and play; the basic setup was pretty swift using the 5G hotspot. I had a blip when I needed to connect to the mount, but that was solved by downloading the latest firmware for the hand control. Air connects through the usb connection on the
Tonight I had some fun connecting successfully to Sky Safari Pro in the end I achieved this by using an Ethernet connection to my extender. I was the able to do a quick align on the handset with the scope pointing roughly northwards and demo slewing from target to target which worked nicely. Finished off by walking into my house a slewing the demo from the moon to Polaris sitting some 40 feet and 2 walls away from my scope.
I now need to sort out why I can’t WiFi connect to my home network, but to be honest I think the Ethernet is probably a more stable technique.
