Most premium wooden telescope cases are made of 8mm Birch ply. It is more than thick and strong enough.
If you know how to do basic fiberglass, Henk has made a good suggestion.

Well, birch instead of pine would raise the plywood weight to 6 kg alone. And fiberglass is not that light either. It gets easily > 10 kg, and takes a lot of time (that I don't have that much). As such it shouldn't be too hard: resin, fiber, more resin, ...
Of course, the fiber sheets should be cut well in the form to get then in place neatly.

Quick calculation showed that the total area (the amount of plywood) would be about 1.2 square meters.

I ordered EXTREME 620H340 without the foam.. It should be big enough, but not so big that's hard to handle.
Only 336€.
Internal Dimensions 620 x 460 x 340 mm
External Dimensions 687 x 528 x 376 mm

I have to make the "foam" myself, but I think that's easy.
Let's see how it goes...

My order arrived. Let's see how this (EXTREME 620H340) works...

From the outside.
hardcase.jpg
From the inside. No other obstacles, but the wheel arcs - 4 cm high (up the wall), 2 cm deep (inward).

Yes. That case makes carrying the mount in stairs a lot easier and safer - you can see your steps.
The case just adds about 10 kg (22 lb) to the weight to carry, totalling to about 37 kg (81 lb).

Yes. With the case I can carry the mount in the stairs, even if it's not that easy. The stairs are somewhat narrow.

That's heavy. My G11S including HD tripod is 32.9 kg. I can carry it easily altogether because I hold it close to my body. I only have to carry it 5 m., fortunately. I hope it works out for you but I would still try a shoulder strap wearing the mount close to the body to avoid carrying that extra 10 kg. case, and to walk the stairs without hindrance and save your back.

Once you start doing AP (why else would you get a CEM120) there will be many practice sessions when you don't get anything done. Anything that can help setting up and breaking down will be crucial to survive in this hobby. Automation and a good setup configuration will make a big difference. If you just want to do visual I would swap the CEM120 for a CEM70 that is much easier to carry. I hope it works out for you but it looks challenging.

I don't carry it upstairs for a night. For shorter times I can leave it into the porch or vestibule or whatchacallit.
