The most important thing to me is a checklist. I have a checklist for when I'm going out to image, because I bring different things, and also like this checklist, when I'm going out for visual observing or star parties.
That "toolbox" you see checked on that list is a large Bostitch toolbox I picked up from Lowes. Here's its contents.
