ordered this eyepiece kit. What should I expect over stock?

I ordered these the other day and can't wait. pretty expensive though for over 100$
What should I expect in terms of image quality over my stock eyepieces?

my stock eyepieces were only a cheap 20mm and 10mm (reverse kellner design) the 10mm is pretty bad with blurry edges and chromatic abberation all over the place

These are not much of a step up, personally I think they are horrid and should not be allowed to sell them.
Some people like the 9mm and some the 15mm but still they are not great.
If you are looking for low cost and decent quality, the GSO Plossl that I have mentioned before are very hard to beat.

My problem was my eyepieces fogged up inside somehow and became unusably soft and hazy. I dont know how. could be the extreme humidity where i live. but they never cleared up and seem to be no good anymore.

those ones seem to have excellent eye relief. which my eyepieces were seriously lacking

I also need more range of focal length eyepieces. only having a 20mm and 10mm is annoying and the contrast is terrible on the 10mm one
having 20mm 15mm 9mm and 6mm would be great give me good range in magnification
I also have a 2x barlow I can use to get more magnifications if I need to.

I dont need the cream of the crop. just something better than the horse doodie that came with my telescope.

I can just return them for a refund if I find they aren't any good.
but I hope they will still be better than the stock eyepieces

I read some articles and other forums on them and they arent too bad.

my main problem really is my telescope is such a fast focal ratio that it struggles on even "good" eyepieces being F4 and 100mm aperture main issue being blurry toward the edges/coma
since most eyepieces are designed with much longer focal ratios in mind

In general a fast scope needs very highly corrected eyepieces and those are pricey.

I cant afford a coma corrector (plus none exist for 1.25 for some reason. what a shame theres not enough market for one)
which would definitely help improve the views and make things sharper overall.

These eyepieces will not work well in fast telescopes, the 9mm and 15mm might give you passable views but they will most likely not be much of an improvement.
The f/4 will not help as you say, just about any eyepiece will have issues operating that fast.
Plossl will work reasonably well at f/4 though and are much better than what came included with your telescope.
GSO Plossl are hard to beat at the price and you will notice a difference in the view.

PS; Amazon and Ebay reviews are as reliable as the weather ;)

The eye relief is far too short for me with smaller plossls.
My eyelashes are waaaaaay too long for the tiny peep-hole eyepieces. I need generous eye relief or my eyelashes brush against the lens and smear it up. along with a large eye lens to look through
these eyepieces I ordered have plenty of eye relief which should make it much more comfortable to view than before.

They get recommended a lot because they are inexpensive. My first upgrade was this same set under the Orion Brand. They are serviceable with long refractors, but they are going to suffer a bit with a fast reflector.

Like a lot of things, everything is relative to your budget. If money were no object, your options are going to open up immeasurably. Sounds like you are on a tight budget, and need certain features like long eye relief, and that REALLY narrows your options. Ideally you look for the best value you can find for your dollar.

If you are going to try these out I'd encourage you to share your impressions here for the benefit of others. If you decide to return them, I'm sure we can help find something suitable. I'm going to wax humorous for a moment, and suggest that it might help matters if you just trimmed your eyelashes

Also like the GSO Plossls. The 9mm Plossl that came with my z10 is pretty good considering it was a freebie. I ended up getting some Explore Scientific eyepieces for my Dob (f/4.9) but the Plossls do just fine on my refractor (f/6.5). I would give them a shot and as others have opined, return them if they are unsatisfactory.
