Anyone know about their quality? They have eight to nine elements.

I owned one (13.4mm) briefly a few years ago but had to return it because of visible debris in the FOV.

I believe WALER is an acronym for Wide Angle Long Eye Relief. Apparently the design has changed in recent years although I don't know in what respect. IIRC mine was quite heavy. I never got to use it nocturnally but it had a large eye lens and when daylight tested seemed to have an impressive field of view. I actually replaced it with a 14mm Baader Morpheus as the retailer was out of stock of Antares EP's.

Speers-Waler eyepieces?
Never heard of them ;)

Somewhere around here I have a complete set of Series 1 SW, 95% of a TeleVue Nagler for 1/3 of the cost.
They work well with refractors but some fast Newtonian has issue of not having enough focuser travel to use all of them.
The Series II (silver and black) have slightly different coatings than the originals but are still excellent eyepieces for the cost.
Eye relief is pretty much standard at about 15mm so not exactly long eye relief if you wear glasses.
I posted a few times at AF about these eyepieces.
