Re: Panoptic 27mm?
If the 27mm is anything like the 19mm and 24mm you won't be disappointed. On the 29th December last year I had plans to take out one of my smaller Mak's to catch an early morning Mercury. I went out earlier than I expected as it was a beautiful clear night. I took the ED72 Evostar instead, with a zoom for when Mercury appeared. I took just two eyepieces out. The other was the 24mm Pan, it was all I needed.
The 19mm is so good I bought it twice lol.
