The bit that Google Translate renders as "all mighty" is actually not Japanese per se. It is a Japanese phonetic English loan word spelled out in the katakana syllabary that is used for non Japanese words that are being borrowed. "オールマイティー" or in romaji "Ōrumaitī" is literally borrowed from the English phrase "all mighty", true. But in the Japanese cultural context would be read as I have suggested more simply as "powerful" or even "versatile".

It seems these are fully-coated but I still have not found if they are three glass types or two.
A few people are hunting for the information but short of ordering one and taking it apart it may be a while before we find out :)
