This is versus Delos, TS TMB copy, Tak abbe, all 6mm's.
On Jupiter the Takahashi is still the best. W70 and Delos very close. When moved over to Saturn light scatter was more visible in W70 than the others. The 3 dim moons seen were harder to see because of this.

So conclusion W70 a little better than TMB copy, they are about same price at $60. Delos a little bit better than these 2, and Tak abbe still best of all.
Arizona- where the sky's are not cloudy all night.

Triple lensed fracs are so yummy when looking at planets.

I have not used my W70s in a very long time, I should correct that soon.
They work quite well in my f/8 and slower refractors.
What telescope were you using yours in?

All these worked well in my 10" f/4.6, pinpoint stars all across field. I've been a fan of the W70s since early 2000's. Only the 15mms and up had edge focus problems.
