I got the same problem as you a.nd i send a message to Gordon how to fix the isssue and this is what he sent me. And the instructions worked for me.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
At the bottom, click Advanced.
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
Click Cookies and then See all cookies and site data.
At the top right, search for the website's name.
To the right of the site, click Remove Remove
Strangely enough, today is the first time I am not being logged out every couple of minutes.
Gordon just tweaked the cookies that Chrome uses so a bit more tweaking may be needed.

Well, I had basically the same problem, and it was while using Firefox as my browser, earlier today. I cleared all history, closed Firefox, restarted Firefox, and then was able to log in.

Had the same problem with Firefox and after using similar process as what Gordon suggested, all is well in the Land of Oz

I've had no issues of being kicked out using Firefox. Interesting that some do and some don't with Chrome.
