Where to post visual and DSO treatises?

Hi, folks. I was asked to migrate my treatises on visual and DSO observation from the old astronomyforum.net site to here.
I'm happy to do this, and in fact look forward to making some updates/edits and posting improved, revised versions here.
What forum would be most appropriate to post them? And is there a particular format that works over others? For example, should I publish as a PDF then attach to a thread?
