Monthly challenges feedback.
Our monthly challenge is up and running and we are pleased to see the members getting involved and participating, many thanks!

We were thinking about putting the challenge firmly in the hands of the members.
One way to do this is to play "pass the baton, you're it!"
Each month we ask for target ideas for the next month from the members.
viewtopic.php?f=84&t=1456
We then we do a draw from those and that is the next months target.
So this is the basic idea,
This month the target is M17, it was suggested by Michael.
So at the end of this month we now ask Michael to do the draw for next month and set up the monthly challenge thread/topic.
He then checks to see who suggested the target he has drawn and, they will do the next one.
The admin/s will be on hand to help out if you are unsure about making the threads etc.
This way the members get a chance to participate in the forum projects and take "ownership" of them and have a bunch of fun along the way.
This way the challenge is not moderator/admin driven but is more inclusive and everyone can play.
So, what do you think?
