Is there a "What's new" type of display?

#1

Post by SkyHiker »

I miss the "What's new" page style where messages are listed in order of posting with the first line or x characters visible. It gives an instant idea of what the content is of a page full of messages. Is there a way to display messages like that?

BTW the "New posts" view works OK, it just takes a click to get the last message of the topic, then go back click again for the next one, a bit more work.

I don't believe there is, Henk. I've been clicking the little blue arrow on the bottom right corner of the last post to return me to the top of the page, and then clicking "Unread Posts" to see threads with unread posts in them.

That is my navigation methodology so far. :)

I will keep studying. If I see something that acts in that capacity, I will let you know.

In the "Black" style, I use when the forum topic changes from blue to orange to tell that there is a new post in that sub-forum.
