Hello, my name is Phil, I am a retired EE, and ever since a college astronomy class, I have wanted to get a telescope and have the time to look at the skies. Hopefully now that I have retired I can move forward with that dream...

Thanks, my favorite joke about retirement is exactly what is it these people who say they "are bored" or "don't have things to do" are talking about? I worked since I was 12, now 68, and this is fantastic!! I can do (as long as it's ok with my wife...) anything I want to do!!!
