Hello
Just getting into astrophotography. I'm and amateur photographer and a rank novice astronomer. I live in Alaska and have at least four months of the year when it's too light out to see any stars, so I have to 'get while the gettin's good' in the 'dark months'. I have just purchased a Sky Watcher Adventurer 2i Pro Kit. I have added a few software packages, and will be adding more as I seek to get alignment without having to see Polaris. I need a better tripod too. I probably won't bother 'y'all' much except when I need help.
