Hi from new member (Australia)

Post by scribbly »

Hi,
I live on the urban fringe near Canberra, Australia. Wile not the darkest skies, they are still pretty good, especially when viewing away from the city, and many wonders of the southern skies are very observable. I have gotten "hooked" on astronomy only in tjhe last couple of years, having wanted to but just never got around to it for much of my adult life; waiting, my mistake!!

I have "poked" around the forum. and it looks like a supportive and very informative group of members.

Thanks for having me on board.
