I'm Doing A Lot Of Scrolling
This bulletin board, so far, has me scrolling all over the place to get to where I want to go. Scrolling from the bottom of the post to the top to "thank" the poster. Scrolling to get from the bottom of the thread to top so I can get back selecting "Quick links" or "Board index", etc.
So it took me a while for my "old" eyes to notice that on each and every post, in the very bottom right corner, there is a VERY tiny UP arrow that takes you back to the top of the thread. This has cut my scrolling time considerably.
Hope this helps,
JT

There are quite a few "hidden" features on this forum software. It's just finding them!!!
PS notice I fixed the 'Thanks' button back and forth from page to page problem!!

Nice find, and thanks for fixing that 'thanks' window switch thing. It was kind of annoying.

The arrow icon is a nice feature, hadn't noticed it before. Plus I like how the "thanks" window isn't showing up anymore.

Re: I'm Doing A Lot Of Scrolling
Thanks window might have gone, but the screen still jumps to the top of the page and then back to the post. Better than was, though.
In fact all new posts go through the same journey, screen refresh via the top of the page...

Re: I'm Doing A Lot Of Scrolling
If I click the "Mark topics read" action in a Forum, it currently does the same thing as the "Thanks" button used to. Can you turn off that one, too?
Thanks!

Re: I'm Doing A Lot Of Scrolling
JT - about scrolling up to get to the 'quick links' - I'm using one of the "Simplicity" themes, and it holds that bar on top of the screen when scrolling down through the posts for a topic... one less thing to have to scroll for at allJayTee wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 1:59 pm This bulletin board, so far, has me scrolling all over the place to get to where I want to go.
