Is there something I'm missing?

When I visit a thread that I already have posted on, it always starts with the first post of the thread (or the last one, depending on the asending/decending setting)

On other forums that I'm a member, it takes me to the last post that I have made or read.

Thoughts?

If you look at the area that shows who the last poster is, you will see a small arrow right next to that name, click on that and it will take you to the last post in that thread.

I see a link for that at the top of the web page? It seems to only be there if the thread has any unread entries.

I click on the little Folder Icon in the title line, and get taken to the first unread post. I am using the "Simplicity Light Blue" board style in my profile. If there are no unread post in the thread, the folder icon doesn't appear.

Hey Jeff,

You got me curious; I had a look. When I hover over the title, I get a box that pops up with the OP's first post, and the last one made to that thread. Like Bob, I'm on the Simplicity Light Blue theme (memories of AF?); I changed to a few others, and I always get the notifications.
I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 10, if that helps

I just click on the blue-circled icon and it takes me to the first UNREAD post in a thread.

Thanks all, I use a phone, so it's a bit more of a challenge.
In the simplicity blue, I found "last post read" Yeah!
