Can an image be attached to a PM?

I sent a PM to a member and tried to attach an image. Although the Add files button was active, and, it allowed me to add an image, it appears that the image was not really attached to the PM. I say this because I looked at the Sent message and no attachment was available. Also, there was no way to insert the image into the post itself (Inline?).

Is there a way to do this?

At this point. (for security reason) we have not allowed images to be attached to PM's I will send you a pm with another way that might solve your problem.
