Reminds me of landing at Arkaroola in northern South Oz. I was sitting directly behind the pilot of our 7-seater Cessna and just as we were about to touch down we were hit by a gust of wind from behind and increased our airspeed by about 40 knots. The pilot said "Oh s...!" (never something you want to hear from the pilot!): we hit the deck, bounced, cleared the bushes at the end of the runway by a metre or so- and then went to another runway about 40km south, landed and waited in 45°C heat for an hour or so for a bus to collect us. Fun trip.

I plead guilty to the Slovenia / Slovakia error if you recall. It's not due entirely to cultural insensitivity. Ex SO #2 (Croatian 75% Czech 25%) would regularly go on anti Slovenian tirades. Eyepieces: way too many (is that possible?), but I do like my TV 32mm plossl, 13mm Nagler T6, 27mm Panoptic and 3-6mm Nagler zoom, plus Fujiyama 18mm and 25mm orthos and Tak 7.5mm LE

Celestron Nexstar+ 127 SLT, several budget plossl eyepieces, Celestron 8-24mm zoom EP and a 12.5mm illuminated double reticle EP, Svbony SV205 camera w/.5 focal reducer, Celestron SkyMaster 20x80 binos on a 40 yr old QuickSet PanHead tripod, Stellarium, Sharpcap and ManyCam on my laptop, SkyView and Nightshift on my phone and a dandy little $9 red-light flashlight.
