What Was The Stangest Thing You Have Eaten And Enjoyed?
I really enjoyed having a plate of cooked pig intestines. I actually did about six or seven times. The dish is called Chitlins. Chitlins taste like good pouched chicken skin to the 5th power. Yummy with greens and potato salad. These days I rarely eat pork. Maybe once or twice a year.

Not too bizarre - baby octopus yakitori. Crimson red with bodies about the size of your thumb.
Make sure you beam down the horn section and set your phasers to Funk Funk.

Fried alligator (tastes like chicken)
frog legs (texture like fish meat, tastes like chicken)
meat jelly made from animal parts typically discarded (hooves, ears, chicken legs, heads, organs, skin... you got the idea) - quite testy with horseradish sauce
snails - did not like that one
uncooked hamburger - German dish - did not like it either
blood sausage - yam!
soup from fish heads - not bad
sushi in Japan - they take fresh to another level

Ditto on alligator, a little stringier than chicken, but tastes good. Bison and moose too, but not all that exotic, tastes like beef.

Re: What Was The Stangest Thing You Have Eaten And Enjoyed?
I don't recall eating anything strange - I don't take eating as an extreme sports.
Maybe strangest was french fries and sausage with half of Naga Morich in thin slices.
I also think that for a Finn, salmiac is far from strange, but may be strange to others.

Probably little pale Cheeto looking things on a salad. Believe they were boiled fish stomachs or swim bladders. Learned early on not to get too inquisitive when eating in Asia
Then there was "See pie". Worked for a small community back in Quebec and a common dish was See Pie. It was a deep dish meat pie and called See pie because whatever the cook could see went in it.
