Clouds, rain, and fog predicted for the next seven freaking days. :(
But the forecasts that far out are usually wrong, so there's hope.

Clear skies for the eclipse at about 70% obscuration. I used a sun-filtered spotting scope to share with neighbors, and tried a couple of hand-helds through the eyepiece, but the results were disappointing.

Unusual daily pattern lately - clear most of the day, then clouds up around 1800, then clears around 0200-0300.

I'm not complaining since I observe early mornings, but it seems kind of weird for this time of year. Maybe El Nino? We're supposed to have a warmer and drier than usual winter.

Nothing but clouds. First heavy snow at the start of the month, -15c, nights about -9, it is warming up this week though.
Did see the eclipse luckily here and some dim Auroras a couple days ago.

The High Tatra mountains to the north have snow on them now so will just be a few more days until the ground is covered.
Last week the autumn fog arrived as well.
