Well I found that if you arranged the wire leads just so the mirror cell will fit without much of any 'wobble'

Had to arrange the wire leads parallel and flat. Once that is done just slip the cell on.

Here is how it looks with the rest of the cell assembled.

Decided to add some silicone glue where the cable exits the cell for some 'strain relief". Now just wait for that to cure and re-assemble everything and see if it can be collimated.

Got it installed on the OTA after a good cleaning. Sure enough the cable was too short.
That's okay I hacked off the RCA plug, soldered on about 30" of 22ga twin lead. Had a piece that already had an RCA connector soldered on to it. Spliced that up good go go now.
By the way the conductors inside of the cable that came with the heater are like 32 ga stranded. Very thin. So BS on the claim that the extension cables are not big enough.
Still have to re-dress the wire harness and collimate the scope. But will get to that another day.
