hi, and thanks for your video and you helping beginners, the music is a little destracting/overtoping ,i'd say someone trying to learn would feel the same way .

true north is what you want, not magnetic north, i'm pretty sure you've shown correctly anyway in the app.
balancing the scope was missed ? this should be key in an introduction setup .
latitude and longitude,with a bassic latitude ajustment on the mount with it's lat gauge prior the pc setup should be mentioned .

everything else seems good,cheers for showing your video ,keep em comming.

cameras : asi 1600mm-c/asi1600mm-c,asi120mc,prostar lp guidecam, nikkon d60, sony a7,asi 290 mm
mounts : eq6 pro/eq8/mesu 200 v2
filters : 2'' astronomik lp/badder lrgb h-a,sII,oIII,h-b,Baader Solar Continuum, chroma 3nm ha,sii,oiii,nii,rgb,lowglow,uv/ir,Thousand Oaks Solar Filter,1.25'' #47 violet,pro planet 742 ir,pro planet 807 ir,pro planet 642 bp ir.
extras : skywatcher f4 aplanatic cc, Baader MPCC MKIII Coma Corrector,Orion Field Flattener,zwo 1.25''adc.starlight maxi 2" 9x filter wheel,tele vue 2x barlow .

i've just seen some of your other videos,i'm curious ,how did you do the threading on your 3d printed t-ring adapter ?

Been a while since I visited. To answer your question, I heat up the print and let it cool around the metal part. Once cool, unscrew and resue.

Given the weight of the mount, counter-weight, scope, and accessories...it can be a good idea to relevel after all is added. Even with bricks the extra weight can change things some.

I usually level the tripod first, then check the level after all is done and sitting there a bit.
Scopes: Celestron Nexstar 8SE, Celestron C6N, WO Z61, WO GT71, iOptron RC6 .
Mounts: Celestron Nexstar, iOptron Sky Guider Pro, iOptron HEM27 w/iPolar
Cameras: Nikon D780, Nikon Zfc ,ZWO ASI224MC, ZWO ASI120MM-S, ZWO ASI294MC Pro, ZWO ASI485MC, ZWO ASI174MM, ASI662MC, ASI294MM, ASI2600MC Pro iPhone 14.
Tools: Raspberry PI4 with Stellarmate OS, Intel NUC Mini PC, Beelink MiniPCs.
Accessories: Celestron focus motor, ZWO EAF focusers, F6.3 field reducer, assorted eyepieces, 11" video monitor, polar scopes, iOptron iPolar
Computers: Dell desktops, MacOS MacMini, ASUS laptop, Intel NUC, Beelink MiniPD, PI, assorted software packages, iPhones, iPads
