How can I send error reports for Seestar S50?

The latest S50 software was just downloaded last night. There are problems with the Auto Focus (the guiding turns off and the target drifts away from the chosen center position!). How do I report this to the Seestar team?

I'm using an iPad. I couldn't find any place to send feedback. Maybe I'm just missing it?

I tried the system again tonight and it worked fine. Of course!!!

In the message section, there is a comments section and a discussion assistant.
You can leave a comment in both places.
