Sorry to be a party-pooper, but that didn't look that radical of a turn. The video is speeded up about 2x.

And turns in an aircraft are always coordinated, meaning that the net acceleration vector (gravity + centrifugal) is exactly perpendicular to the floor at all times. Open drinks will not spill. We used to fly turns at 60 degrees of bank and 2 Gs all the time. While we weren't allowed open drinks in the cockpit, we could have and it wouldn't have spilled.

I think cargo planes mostly going to Denver -
first one seen doing a turn -
zip across screen Quick viewed in Timelapse file 2 ish seconds -
I was like What was that -

Lots of planes flying again -
this location last year almost none -
