Tianhe 1 flyover - Wize Cam V3 - stock 1 minute files -

file was 47mb - super compressed to 1.7mb -
trying this to see if background noise can be compressed into solid Grey -
On my laptop looks OK -

How does it look Online ????
lots of pixel noise or more solid background ???

Cool glad looks good -

would like to see on large tv - ether looks ok or most likely Horrible -

file I have that looks best is 103mb -after filters - huge -
looks pretty good on my LT screen -

when I compressed for upload much of noise came back
in center strip of video - not sure why?
black matte top/ bottom stayed darker looked ok -

so tried Super Compress and seems to have turned grains
of noise into just grey background -

I tried this before few weeks ago and seemed to work ok then too -

I will be glad when I can upload full quality video -
spend 50% of time now compressing files - not fun - waste of time
