Wow Thanks - made my Day -

V3 cam works Great for $30 -
new location is Real Dark -

so far OK internet so setting up cams take 5 minutes -
remembering to charge power banks is hardest part -

over the last day I Backed up 350 gigs of Cloud Time lapse video
I started shooting a year ago -

When I set off on my Trip I was headed to be 2nd Camera / Editor for
Nasa Space Flight channel on Youtube in Boca Chica Texas -

SpaceX is building Starship there -

about 50 miles into my trip I started feeling sick so parked -
about a day later I was Pretty sick with covid -
spent 7 weeks in a hotel bed - was not fun -

By the time I could walk around it was 95 degrees Boca Chica and getting hotter -
In my condition I could not handle heat so I headed for Colorado -

with everything Closed I decided to start filming Time lapse cloud videos -
4 time lapse capable cams - ( 2 cams broke down )

the Hard part is coming up with a file system that is easy and little typing -

Naming / filing cloud videos is not easy - Big white Puffy # 37 -

Files now are Just Numbers - 20+ numbers - Ouch -
the Only thing organizing now is Date -

I ran out of storage on my LT computer so I was having
to buy 20 ish memory cards and just shoot till cards were full -

I was deleting footage if it was not real good so it kind of turned out to
be good thing - nothing boring was kept -

2 weeks ago I was going threw camera gear and found 2 hard drives
I got before I left and Forgot about - 1.5 TB -- NICE -

I have one folder on computer that has 130 gigs of timelapse video -
the files are Backed UP on several drives but I cant get myself to Delete it-
been double checking for hours - making sure everything is there -

at some point I need to combine memory cards and Hard drive files - Ouch -

Once I can get on fast internet Im going to make Cloud shows of varying lengths -

Name for channel
Cloud Time ?? or SubSonic Bee ?? or Big White Puffy #9 ??

last night tried a new light for trees -
it was Way to bright even on lowest setting -
looked Really bad -

going to move light Back 50 to 100 ft -
that should work -

Cam is Way more sensitive to light than my eyes
so trees just need tiny glow to show up -

might try to light up tree trunks with 2nd tiny light -

Wyze cam V3 price increased $3 now $33 -
going to get 3 more V3 cams and power banks -

Nice to be close to a town that has a fedex type place -
get some needed stuff -

want to get 2 more cloud TL cams -
cloud action this location almost zero so far - Dry -

have been using DJI action Cam and its nice -
full year no glitches and is Way better cloud cam than it is action cam by far -
records Nice sunsets - Good Days - zero night capabilities -

Cam I like best is a DDpai M6 -
Has good sony sensor -
M6 is designed as a Dash Cam -
works Excellent as dash cam and has Parking Mode Time lapse -

cloud video M6 captures Looks WoW - always -
fallows light changes Great -
Sun in frame Not a problem -

writes 150mb TL files that edit Great -
Time lapse speed is slow so gives lots of choices in post -
also writes full speed One minutes files when not in TL mode -
wifi and NO internet needed phone app - 50 meter range - Nice -

M6 being a dash cam has some quirks tho -
it has built in G sensor that Turns Off time lapse when shaken-
even with G sensor shut Off if shaken hard enough TL turns off - Ouch
so strong wind causes problems -

Low light is zero and sunsets can be just Ok to Great -

any suggestions on new TL cloud cam to get are welcome - Jay
