So you might have seen a post where I gave up on batch pre-processing. Mostly it was not calibrating correctly. But tonight working on some data that was giving me fits lots of odd color gradients.
I looked around (briefly) about what the proper order for pre processing, in particular at what stage to you process star alignment. Does star alignment come before or after debayer?
This is my workflow right now...
