DSS Stars have no guts

#1

Post by jrm_astro »

Hi All,

When I stack in DSS and bring the Tif over to PS for processing I see my stars have no middles. They appear very green, like halos with some purple fringing as well. Come to think of it, most of my data including nebula has a green tinge to it after stacking in DSS.
When I stack and process in Pixinsight everything seems fine. I'll try to attach an image as an example.

Has anyone had similar issues?

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers
