Post by AstroShed »

I know many people do have issues with condensation in their observatories, and I know domes can be very susceptible to it, and can be a real pain and damaging to your expensive optics, imaging or observing gear, so let’s try and stop it at the source…this may help…

Scopes: Meade 8" LX90 (deforked), Skywatcher Esprit 100, Skywatcher Evoguide 50ED, Askar FMA180 Pro.
Mount: Ioptron CEM70G on an Astro Engineering Steel Pier.
Cameras: QHY268c, QHY268m, ASI178mm.
Filters: Optolong L-Pro 2” Optolong UV/IR 2”, Optolong 3nm 36mm Ha, OIII, SII + Optolong 36mm LRGB, Askar C1 & C2, Svbony 220 Dual Narrowband.
Accessories: Televue 2.5x Powermate, ASA f7.5 SCT FF/FR, Esprit 100 flattener, QHYCW3 36mm filter wheel, Pegasus Ultimate Power Box V2 with Motor focuser, Deep Sky Dad Motorised Flats Panel.
