Curious if anyone here has a Rubbermaid or Suncast plastic shed obsy, either full size or just a scope motel type thing.

I'm considering something like that for my new home in Arizona. I haven't decided yet but may very well go with a SkyPod. Just have to figure some things out and get it approved by the homeowners association.

That's interesting. I saw a lot of people commenting on skypods when they first came out, but not as many lately. If you went that way, how would you have it configured?

Probably just the basic SkyShed Pod (no extensions) as I run the scope remotely from the house so don't really need any extra room to store or stand in. Once I get relocated (end of this month) I will have a better Idea what I can and can't do. I have a great spot but will have to do my homework before I make the final decision. No matter which way I go I will only leave the mount outside in the pod. The scope and laptop will be removed. Mostly for protection from humidity and heat / cold changes. I've been doing it that way where we are for over 10 years so that part is not a big deal.
