Three of the four telescopes that I have are Meade. I think that in my price range they are the best brand.

Re: 3 out of 4 so far
My LX200ACF is a Meade, and I have a little 70mm f/ 10 refractor that is a Meade. The little refractor is a cheap scope, but has a surprising crisp view, quite nice on the planets.
Overall, I'm pretty even in my spread of brands. I have the scopes from Meade along with others from Celestron, Orion, Skywatcher, Explore Scientific, Apertura, Tasco, and a few others.
