Finally Canopus
Took about 5 attempts before the weather cooperated, but I finally bagged Alpha Car with the SLOOH Chile 2 widefield scope. I've seen it visually once when I was on vacation in South Florida many years ago. Not as stunning as a gorgeous emission region, but I kind of like simple "snapshots".
