Visual Double Stars

"An Anthology of Visual Double Stars", by Bob Argyle and co-authors Mike Swan and Andrew James is a worthy addition to your double/multiple star library. It is a 2019 Cambridge University publication that provides a close look at 175 of the more interesting double and multiple stars. In addition to over 50 pages of introductory material on double star observing, it provides a comprehensive catalog of the 175 stars. The catalog includes history of the system, wide field finder views, orbital plots, and the most recent system measurements.

You can never have too many books on these gems of the night sky!
