I am a dslr imager and I always shoot darks at the end of my session. Last night (this morning) it was 33 degrees F when I shot darks....

As long as the exposure time and the ISO all match with the lights then use all of those darks.

I think it also depends on the camera. Some newer CCD cameras advertise no need for darks or very few needed.
I'm not a fan of taking darks.....
