9-21-2021 TSS Visual Report of the Day.

"Observation Report - 21-09-10 and 21-09-11, Family Star Party, Elm Grove, LA"

Getting together with family and friends and sharing the night skies is always a great experience. After being stymied in his AP attempt, chris_g (Chris) was able to view the moon and Saturn with family, getting his 10 year old great nephew interested in astronomy via Stellarium as well as his 3 year old great niece. The next night he went observing with his mother-in-law and another sister-in-law. Getting your mother-in-law at the eyepiece might truly be counted as a great success amongst us amateurs. Congratulations Chris on winning the VROD for the day!
