"Late Summer Galaxy Night"

Here we are with only 19 days left to the Autumn Equinox, the great galaxy hunting time in the North anyway. This means that many of the classic objects of the Fall can be seen if we stay up just about an hour or so after normal bedtime. Bigzmey (Andrey) once again headed out to his Anza dark sky site for some galactic goodies. With his 9.25" Edge under Bortle 3 skies he was able to observe numerous island universes in Delphinus, Equuelus, and Pegasus along with detailed descriptions of each object at the eyepiece. All in all it sounds like a great night and congratulations Andrey on winning th VROD for the day!
